Orval Trappist Ale:

Orval on BA. Pours a medium orangey amber. Very cloudy and opaque. Huge head, stiff like beaten egg whites that dissipates slowly.

Smells very tangy and lemony, mixed with characteristic Belgian spice. Tastes tart and slightly sweet. Huge citrus zest flavor. Light bitter, somewhat sour finish.

Very fizzy and crisp. This will be a great beer to savor on a summer day.
